As a child I always loved Joseph and the coat of many colors the best. Now, I like Zaccheus because it has a fresh new meaning for me in that Jesus knew his name and had didn't lecture him but just by being in Jesus's prescence he wanted to be better. I think that is an important lesson I'm trying to learn.

Funny, i loved the Zaccheus story as a child...maybe because I got to yrll, "you come down"....now I amd not sure. Jesus welcoming and holding the children has new amazement for me. The thought of Him holding Chloe and Cami can bring me to tears.

To be honest...I didn't grow up in church...so the only memory of a Bible story is the story of Mary giving birth to Jesus around Christmas time every year. Now..that I am more into the Bible as an adult and teach the little children...the one that I truly cherish every year is "Joseph and His Brothers" Genesis 39-45. It's truly a story of love, forgiveness, and FAITH!!!
